Online tutoring brings the classroom to your phone, tablet or computer. Teachers run live sessions with video, a digital whiteboard and structured online materials, so learners can see the working, ask questions and get answers in the moment.
It suits families outside the big towns, learners whose timetable is tight, and anyone who prefers to learn from home. Because lessons are online, scheduling is flexible, and learners build practical ICT skills along the way.
What you need
- A reliable smartphone, tablet or computer.
- A stable internet connection for live classes.
- A personal email address you use consistently on every learning platform.
- A quiet, well-lit place to learn.
What to expect in class
- Sessions run on platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet and Google Classroom.
- Learners join about five minutes early, use their registered full name, and keep microphones muted unless called on.
- Topic tests, assignments and continuous assessment tasks come with timely feedback from the tutor.
